Mega MALL has a rentable area of 72,000 square meters, occupied almost entirely and realized with and investment of 165 million euros.
The shopping center, located next to the National Arena, is the largest investment made by the investment fund in Romania. The building was completed in less than a year after pouring the foundation, in February 2014.
Mega Mall will be hosted by 200 nationally and internationally recognized stores.
It will also have and entertainment area with a multiplex Cinema City with 14 theaters, a World Class fitness center which has a semi-olympic pool and a new concept for a playground for children.
Mega Mall also includes a casino which is always opened, and a food court which will occupy an impressive space of 10,000 square meters and will host restaurants and a wide variety of fast-foods.
The mall will have 3,000 parking spaces, of which 1,000 on the roof of the complex, which can be directly accessed from the street on a quick ramp.
